What is Levari Mode?
Levari Mode is an online women's clothing store for customers across the United Kingdom, with free UK delivery on every order and 30 days to return.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery then takes 3–8 working days, so your order should arrive within 4–9 working days. As soon as your order has been dispatched, a tracking link will arrive in your inbox so you can follow it the whole way home.
Is there a daily cut-off?
Yes, our daily cut-off is 15:00 GMT. Anything placed after that begins processing the next day.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, every Levari Mode order ships free within the United Kingdom. No minimum spend and no surprise conditions.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
What is your return policy?
If you change your mind, no problem at all. You have 30 days from delivery to return your items, as long as they are unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached. Just send a note to support@levarimode.com with your order number and we'll walk you through the process.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are very welcome. Let us know what you'd like to swap by writing to support@levarimode.com and we'll help you find the right piece.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return reaches us and has been checked, your refund is processed within 7 working days. Depending on your bank, it can take a little longer before it appears on your statement.
What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photograph and we will send you a replacement free of charge.
What if my order hasn't arrived?
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email us with your order number and we will trace it. If it cannot be located, we send a replacement or refund you in full.
Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we may still be able to make changes or cancel it. Get in touch as soon as possible after placing your order and we'll do our best to help.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All prices are in pounds sterling, and the price you see is the price you pay at checkout.
Is my personal and payment information safe?
Yes. Every page is secured with SSL encryption, payments are handled by our payment providers, and we never see or store your full card details.
